One to one Coaching is structured as follows...

1. Sample Session: Start with a sample session to determine if coaching is right for you now.  During the sample session we'll focus on a specific area of your life you'd like to experience a shift so that you'll receive value from the sample call.  You'll know very quickly if coaching is right for.  Sample sessions are FREE.

2. Intake Session: If you choose to begin coaching, the next step is the intake session.  The intake session is important to laying the ground work for coaching partnership.  This intake session takes about three hours and can be done in increments or in one long session.  From the intake session we get clear on your focus areas and direction.  The intake session is a flat rate of $185.00

3.  Coaching Packages:  After the first two steps the following coaching packages are available.  Through the sample session and intake session, you'll know which package is right for you now.  Coaching occurs on the phone with email and phone check in support between calls, as coaching is an an active and engaged process between client and coach.
